Who we are…

Buckeye Surf & Turf is a family owned butcher shop and fish farm in Troy, Ohio. We currently do custom and inspected slaughtering and processing of beef, bison, pork, lamb and goats, our setup also allows us to do specialized animals like large Longhorn cattle. We also raise Yellow Perch for live wholesale markets in late fall.

In addition, we have a construction division that constructs ponds, does excavation, concrete and building projects.
